St. Ann’s Pre-University College, Mangaluru celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India with Dr. Edmond Fernandes as Chief Guest. St. Ann’s Pre-University College is an historic institution holding a legacy of a century. Dr. Edmond Fernandes uplifted the mood by invoking patriotic sentiments and telling the students and faculties what it means to celebrate freedom and uphold the virtues of dignity, integrity, respect with love for all and hatred to none. He stressed on the growing frustration some people carry with them in their lives and why building a healthy nation means such frustration must be kept aside.
